Generalist applications and partner referrals

Our direct generalist application collects your first and last name, email, country and city or town, plus an optional phone number. We record your selected partners, sharing agreement and email confirmation. No résumé, account password, date of birth or identity image is needed for this application.

After you confirm your email, authorized staff review your application. Staff may download your application details for submission through the portals of the collaboration partners you selected: Handshake AI, Outlier AI. We record the partner submission reference after staff report completing that step. A download does not itself submit an application to a partner. Each partner is responsible for its own selection process and handling of the information it receives.

Unconfirmed applications are removed after 24 hours. Generalist applications and portal-reference records are removed after 180 days from submission. Contact [email protected] from your application email for corrections, withdrawal or deletion requests. Staff can remove the stored generalist application; requests to remove information already submitted to a partner also require follow-up with that partner.

Existing workspace accounts

Registration collects your contact details, date of birth as a date-only value, location, password hash, and notice acknowledgements. Your professional profile supports applications and, only if you opt in, recruiter discovery. Age is calculated when needed and is not used to rank candidates.

Applications and staff access

Submitting an application shares a snapshot of your professional profile with authorized company staff assigned to the job. Ordinary recruiters do not have access to identity images or your exact date of birth. Private staff notes are not shown to candidates.

Manual identity review

Document and face images are requested for Manual review of candidate-submitted identity information. Collection requires a separate versioned acknowledgement. Authorized identity reviewers use MFA to view private, scanned images. Uploading does not verify identity. A face photo is not a liveness test; the service does not perform biometric matching, document authenticity checks, or government verification.

Retention and deletion

Identity evidence expires after 30 days unless an earlier deletion deadline applies. Abandoned drafts are cleaned after 24 hours and superseded evidence after 7 days. The worker removes raw and derived objects, including object versions. Minimal review outcomes and audit metadata can remain. Request evidence or account deletion in account settings; administrators review requests and the worker executes approved deletion. Account deletion removes access and anonymizes application snapshots. Backup copies expire according to the operator’s separately configured backup schedule; the operator must define and disclose that schedule before launch.

Your choices

Manage recruiter discovery, correct your profile, change your email with verification, or request deletion in settings. Contact the company to exercise other applicable privacy rights. Identity images are not reused for advertising, model training, or unrelated profiling. Transactional service emails contain sign-in instructions without identity documents or sensitive findings.

Security and service providers

The service uses PostgreSQL, private S3-compatible storage, SMTP email, malware scanning, and a background worker. Production operators must configure HTTPS, encryption at rest, backups, access controls, and appropriate processor arrangements. No checkbox establishes legal compliance.
